Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 45m motor yacht currently located in France. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the vessel as it embarks on an intensive cruising itinerary from Spain to Turkey. Responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and performing maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry. Candidates must possess a YachtMaster certification, have experience operating outboard tenders using traditional methods, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. A background in the maritime industry with a solid work ethic is essential, alongside fluency in English. The position is permanent, with a competitive salary starting at €3,800, increasing to €4,100 after a 90-day trial period.
