We are currently recruiting for a Mate to join a 30m Private S/Y which operated with a team of four. This role requires someone with a strong sailing background particularly with high performance sail yachts. Experience with general deck maintenance is important in addition to rigging, handling hydraulic systems, confidence going up the mast and navigation/watch keeping while underway. Someone who is career driven, is safety orientated and has good communication and leadership skills would be well suited to this role. Excellent references are essential.
