Summary
We are looking for a Crew Chef for a 50m+ Private M/Y (within a fleet).
-Permanent position to start within the next month in the Mediterranean.
-Itinerary: Single season vessel cruising the Mediterranean for the Summer.
-Open to a chef that is newish to the industry and culinary trained.
-The ideal candidate will be comfortable and happy to cook for different diets, vegetarian and vegan food. You should be confident with pastry and bread.
-You will work closely with the head chef who has been with programme for years.
-Responsible for cooking for 21 crew daily and in busy times you will assist the head chef and sous chef with guest food.
-Active crew who prefer healthy meals.
-Should be fluent in English
-Total of 11 mixed nationality crew onboard and 21 within the fleet.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-Candidates should have a Seamans Discharge Book in hand.
Salary DOE with a Standard MLC SEA.
