Looking for a diverse head chef to join a program just sold to new owner, initial usage for the Family & then put out to the charter market.
This is the second platform for the owner of which we were able to create a very successful charter business previously, the idea is to introduce previous clients to the new program and develop this to the same if not improved success. Galley appointment is generous but cool room & Freezer space could have been more, efficient organisation is essential to make this work. Galley located on Main deck with coolroom & freezer on tank deck, main pantry outside galley. Current Sous is great & we intend to hire mentoring individuals to further expand the experience of the team.
Great team onboard, some of whom were on the previous program with the Owner so knowledge of the Family is present. Start date around 15th March as first trip is just before Easter.
