Summary
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Officer to join a 75m motor yacht based in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a bosun on vessels over 60m, demonstrating strong deck skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage a deck team of five. Responsibilities will include assisting with navigation, overseeing deck operations, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all activities on board. The vessel will embark on a worldwide cruising itinerary, including plans to travel to the US and the Pacific region. Candidates should be self-motivated with a solid seamanship background and a commitment to maintaining a professional onboard environment, adhering to our strict no smoking and no alcohol policy. A training budget is available for crew after 12 months of service. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
