Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Chief Officer with a minimum of OOW certification to join a dynamic sailing yacht for their crossing from the Caribbean to Europe.
Requirements:
- OOW as a minimum certification requirement
- Valid Schengen Visa
- Proven experience (Perini Navi experience is a bonus, or knowledge or Rigging and stowage requirements on a Sailing vessel)
- Familiarity with in-boom furling systems a plus
- Atlantic Crossing Experience is a bonus
- Open to Female candidates
The program offers significant sea miles and bridge/navigation watch experience with a hands-on involvement. Great Captain, crew and Owner.
Start date: 10th April 2026 for a month approx, some flexibility needed
Salary: Euro's DOE which is above industry standard
