Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Bosun to join our busy 50m private/charter program. This is a key leadership role onboard, suited to someone who has genuinely worked their way up through the deck ranks and takes pride in running a highly organised and well-maintained deck department.

Owners love interacting with crew, so professionalism and a personable attitude are essential
Requirements:
-Proven Bosun experience on similar or larger yachts (not a first-time Bosun role)
-Ideally progressed through the ranks and understands all aspects of deck operations
-Strong ability to lead by example, guide and support the deckhand onboard
-Confident running the deck: maintenance planning, project management & inventory control
-Large tender driving experience is crucial
-Must hold a valid Yachtmaster with prior experience standing navigational watches
- B1/B2 visa is essential
