First Mate – 36m Support Vessel (Fleet Program)
We’re looking for a hands-on, driven First Mate to join a 36m Support Vessel operating as part of a larger fleet.
This is the perfect step-up opportunity for a strong Bosun who thrives on responsibility, loves tender driving, and wants to grow within a professional and active program.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading deck operations with a hands-on approach
• Driving and managing two large tenders with confidence
• Supporting the bridge and navigation
• Mentoring junior crew and leading by example
• Maintaining high deck standards across the vessel
What We’re Looking For:
• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
• 3+ years industry experience
• Strong large tender driving skills essential
• Bosun ready to step up or junior Mate profile
• Energetic, proactive, and team-focused mindset
• Fluent English
This is not a desk role. We want someone active, motivated, and ready to take ownership.

Contract: MLC compliant
Leave: 4 weeks paid
Salary: DOE (around €5,000)
