Salary: 3,500 - 4,000 DOE with 5:1 leave

Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience in yachting and come from a strong sailing background, ideally on sailing yachts or similar programmes. Solid painting and varnishing experience is essential, with candidates expected to be confident carrying out maintenance to a high standard.
The vessel runs with a close-knit crew and busy programme, operating worldwide with an active onboard lifestyle. Strong tender driving experience is also preferred due to the variety of tenders carried onboard. Excellent longevity within the crew and strong benefits offered for the right candidate.
