Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand to join our team on a 40m motor yacht based in Antigua & Barbuda.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily deck operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting the crew during various activities on board. Responsibilities will include handling lines, managing fenders, assisting with mooring, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications are preferred. This permanent position offers opportunities for travel as the vessel follows a worldwide cruising itinerary, with the homeport established in Antigua & Barbuda. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment and demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and safety at sea.
