Summary
We are seeking a Lead Deckhand to join a 60m dual-season charter/private motor yacht operating a busy and dynamic program.
You will be joining a fantastic and long-standing deck team comprised of a Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Bosun, and two Deckhands - a structured department with strong leadership and a great onboard culture.
The vessel runs a true dual-season program. The Mediterranean season is predominantly charter-focused, while the Caribbean season tends to be more owner-oriented with private trips.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1.5–2 years’ experience on similar-sized vessels
- Confident leading deck tasks and overseeing maintenance
- Strong tender driving skills
- Experience assisting with guest-facing programs
- B1/B2 visa preferred
Package:
- Rotation: 5:1
- Salary: €3,300 per month, rising after successful probation
