An exciting opportunity for a capable and adaptable 2nd Stewardess / Deck to join a 34m Benetti for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
This is a private program with light charter and significant owner usage throughout the summer. The vessel runs a professional program with high service standards and a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced stewardess who is equally comfortable supporting deck operations when required. Flexibility, strong work ethic, and a positive team mindset are key.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and proactive 2nd Stewardess with a strong interior foundation who is comfortable assisting the deck team during operational periods.
You will be responsible for:
Guest service and supporting the Chief Stewardess
Housekeeping, laundry, detailing, and inventory upkeep
Table décor, bar setup, and maintaining guest areas
Supporting deck operations during arrivals, departures, and washdowns
Maintaining immaculate presentation interior and exterior
Working collaboratively within a dynamic crew environment
This is an interior-forward role with deck support, suited to someone adaptable and team-focused.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3+ years yachting experience
Experience on 30m+ yachts preferred
Strong service background with polished guest interaction
