Position Overview
- Dual-role Engineer / Deckhand
- Private use only
- Palm Beach–based, with occasional trips
- Monday–Friday schedule for the most part
- Option to live onboard or live out
- Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Daily engine room checks, maintenance, and upkeep
- Monitoring and servicing onboard systems
- Supporting deck operations, washdowns, and exterior maintenance
- Assisting with fishing operations when underway
- General vessel care with a strong attention to detail
Ideal Candidate
- American citizen (USA-flagged vessel)
- Previous experience on similar-size motor yachts
- Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability
- AEC 1 or AEC 2 preferred
- Fishing experience a strong plus
- Calm, professional, and self-motivated
- Local to Palm Beach / South Florida preferred
