We are seeking a skilled Bosun to join our team on a 50m motor yacht built by HEESEN. This permanent position involves overseeing deck operations, managing the deck crew, and ensuring the maintenance and safety of all deck equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of yachting standards and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising deck activities, maintaining the vessel’s exterior, and supporting the captain in navigation and docking procedures.
