- Principals reside outside the city and travel frequently
- Principal is in residence during the work week when in Manhattan
The home is maintained to exceptional standards and must remain in a constant state of readiness, whether for daily use or extended travel periods.
The Role
The House Manager will assume full oversight of household operations, ensuring smooth, polished execution at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership and management of household staff
- Vendor sourcing, coordination, and oversight
- Maintaining impeccable presentation standards throughout
- Overseeing household systems and preventative maintenance schedules
- Preparing the residence for principal arrivals and departures
- Managing formal and informal entertaining
- Administrative organisation and operational structuring
- Upholding absolute discretion and confidentiality
