Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sole Stewardess for a 24-meter sailing yacht operating in the Mediterranean, with a Spanish homeport. This is a permanent position suited to a professional stewardess who is confident running the interior independently and maintaining high service standards in a small, close-knit crew.
The Sole Stewardess will be responsible for all interior operations, including housekeeping, guest service, laundry, provisioning, and maintaining presentation throughout the vessel. You will work closely with a crew of four and should be comfortable adapting to both owner and guest use.
This permanent position is ideal for a candidate fluent in Spanish or Italian and should hold all valid yachting certifications and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong time management skills, and a positive attitude. Previous experience as a sole or second stewardess on a similar-sized sailing yacht is preferred.
