The Yacht
Busy 80m private dual-season motor yacht with an active family owner and varied guest program. Currently cruising the Caribbean and returning to the Mediterranean for the Cannes Film Festival before a full Med season.
This is a high-tempo vessel requiring a proactive and hands-on bridge and deck team.
The Role: Second Officer
We are seeking a strong, confident Second Officer who leads by example and thrives in an operationally busy environment. This is not a “bridge-only” position — the right candidate will be fully integrated with the deck team and comfortable getting stuck in daily.
Essential Requirements
Officer of the Watch (OOW) 3000GT
Confident and capable boat handler.
Strong tender driving skills with varity of propulsion types.
Hands-on deck experience and leadership.
Strong leadership and comfortable working alongside the deck team daily.
Highly Advantageous
Engineering background or strong engineering knowledge.
Mechanical understanding and practical fault-finding ability will be viewed very favourably.

Flexible and adaptable to a busy dual-season schedule.
This role requires a motivated officer who is equally comfortable navigating offshore passages, manoeuvring in tight Mediterranean marinas, launching tenders, running deck operations, and maintaining high safety standards.
