Location: Caribbean (until end April) → Mediterranean (Cannes Film Festival and full Med season)
Package: €5,500 per month
Leave: 60 days + additional 30 days if flexible with itinerary
The Yacht
An exceptionally busy 80m private dual-season motor yacht owned by a dynamic, hands-on family. Guest profile ranges from 1 to 80 years old, requiring adaptability, emotional intelligence, and energy.
Currently cruising the Caribbean, returning to the Mediterranean for the Cannes Film Festival and a full Med / Aegean summer program.
The Role: Head of Service
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and emotionally intelligent Head of Service to lead from the front and deliver a seamless, high-standard guest experience across all environments — formal, relaxed, beach club, and event mode.
This is a leadership role on a high-tempo program. The right candidate thrives under pressure, brings calm control to busy operations, and elevates the interior team culture.
The Right Candidate MUST Have:
First and foremost:
A great sense of humour and a positive outlook on life (not a fun sponge).
Well organised with strong leadership skills and an ethos of giving respect to gain respect amongst the crew
Minimum 5 years of yacht service experience and confident to pass on knowledge and to train their team members
Strong silver service skills.
Strong ballet of service.
Confident in family-style service.
Beach setup and beach service experience.
Strong Cocktail knowledge and execution.
Personal Qualities Required
A strong, natural people person.
Able to manage a team with respect and without drama.
Delivers the absolute best experience to owners and guests.
High stamina and physically active.
Resilient and solution-oriented.
This is not a role for passengers. We need someone proactive, hands-on, and energised by busy programs.
