We are seeking a female deck/stew for a private 144’ motor yacht. This is a true 50/50 interior/exterior role and an excellent opportunity for someone newer to yachting who wants to build strong foundations on a well-run program. We are happy to train the right candidate. Attitude and work ethic matter more than experience - we are looking for someone coachable, steady, drama-free, and eager to begin and build a long-term career in yachting.
You will be involved in all aspects of vessel operations, including:
- Interior detailing and housekeeping
- Guest service
- Water sports and tender operations
- Docking lines and fenders
- General deck duties and maintenance
You will join a professional and long-term crew of eight who work hard, live healthy lifestyles, value teamwork, accountability, and a drama-free environment. You’ll work closely with the Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess, First Officer, and Bosun. This is a private vessel with an active but structured program — not a party boat.
Itinerary:
Currently cruising Costa Rica. Summer plans likely Alaska, with a return to the Caribbean/Bahamas thereafter. Guest trips are typically 1–2 weeks, followed by significant down time between trips. Expect a five-day/40-hour work week during non-guest periods.
