The successful candidate will take full ownership of the interior department, ensuring consistently high standards across service, housekeeping, administration, and team performance within a private, family-focused programme.

Key Requirements
- Proven Chief Stewardess experience on yachts between 50–80m
- Comprehensive expertise across all areas of interior operations
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Strong background in interior accounting, budgeting, and inventory control
- Confident trainer and mentor capable of developing junior crew to high-performance standards
- Consistent delivery of top-tier service with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm, professional leadership style with clear expectations and accountability
Operational & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior department, ensuring structure and efficiency
- Set and maintain clear service, presentation, and operational standards
- Oversee interior budgets, accounting, and inventory management
- Manage crew training, performance, and development
- Deliver a seamless guest experience in line with private yacht expectations
- Prepare for Mediterranean cruising followed by an extended shipyard period
