Summary

TEMPORARY CHEF 60M+

A great temporary opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a 60m+ private, family orientated yacht from mid-March to early May. This is an operational-focused role supporting crossings, audits, and vessel preparation, with the possibility of assisting during an owner’s trip.

The role:

• Managing galley operations at the end of a busy winter yard period. 

• Preparing the vessel for a guest trip ahead of the Travel Chef joining

• Assisting the Travel Chef during a potential owner’s trip in late April

• Maintaining high standards of organisation, hygiene, and efficiency

• Private single-season program

• Med-based cruising towards the end of April.

• Start date 16th March, finishing 4th May (UK joining location)

• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

• Must have your Ships Cook in hand. 

What we’re looking for:

• Previous yacht experience on a similar size vessel as a Sous, Sole or Head Chef

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

• Flexible and professional approach during operational periods

• Calm, reliable, and adaptable personality
