We're on the lookout for a solid MALE Sous Chef to join our busy 55m motor yacht with an exiting cruising program.
Working closely with the Head Chef as part of a supportive galley team, team player mentality is a must.
Cooking for 14 crew that enjoy healthy balanced diets. Great crew dynamics on the boat and very team oriented.
Great Program with plenty of guest trips planned, as well as a good amount of down time between trips.
Boss trips involve a lot of fishing so always the possibility to go out fishing with them if organized for the next day and MUST be happy to process the catches on a daily basis.
Willing to take someone new to yachting with strong land based experience. B1/B2 is needed or rights to work in the USA.
