Summary
Established charter company in Ibiza is looking for a Professional Skipper / Captain for a Lagoon 38 catamaran based permanently in Ibiza.
Fixed mooring in Ibiza (very rare and highly valuable):
- Operation: mix of day charters and weekly overnight charters
- International clientele (mainly English-speaking)
Contract period
June to October (full season)
Mandatory Requirements
-Valid PPER license
-Registered with Spanish Social Security (ISM)
-Valid STCW certificates
-Proven experience in sailing and catamaran maneuvering
-Previous charter experience or boating experience
-Minimum operational level of English
-Availability for long working days during peak season
-Professional attitude and strong client-service mindset
Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience on Lagoon catamarans
-Knowledge of Ibiza & Formentera waters
-Basic maintenance awareness
-Proactive and solution-oriented personality
Responsibilities
-Safe navigation and vessel management
-Port maneuvers (permanent Ibiza mooring)
-Client onboard experience
-General supervision of vessel condition
-Coordination with charter management team
