Deck / Service Stew (Female)
A 23-meter yacht (built in 2025) is seeking a skilled, hands-on Deck/Service Stew to join a team of two — Captain and Stew — based in Croatia only.
Location:
The vessel is based in City of Split vicinity, approximately 1 hour from Split International Airport
About the Vessel;
* 23m yacht with a unique layout
* Only 2 guest cabins for up to maximum 4 overnight guests
* 1 crew cabin with shared bathroom (for 2 crew)
* Operates primarily as a day boat with one family on board and their friends
* Very rarely guests stay overnight or sleep on board
* While in the marina, only one crew member remains onboard - The Captain lives ashore (5 minutes from the marina) and does not reside onboard.
* Yacht is professionally managed by the company.
Role & Responsibilities
The Captain and Deck/Stew share daily operational duties.
We are looking for a motivated, positive, and team-oriented individual. Previous yachting experience is considered as an advantage.
Package Offered:
Salary 2000-4000 depending on experience
Start date: Latest by May 1st
