Role Overview – Captain
Minimum 3 years’ captain experience on yachts of similar size and type.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of ISM, PMS, ECDIS, accounting systems, Windows, and MS Office.
Highly skilled sailor with overall yacht management expertise.
Task-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to assist all departments when required.
Experience operating under strong management structures.
Must comply with existing management and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Master 500 GT minimum.
High standard of spoken English.
Contract:
Permanent, possibility of paid rotation
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary:
DOE €7,500–€10,000/month + 13th salary after 1 year of service
