MYyachtcrew is delighted to recruit for a LEAD DECKHAND onboard a brand new 50m Feadship.
Start date: ASAP
Location: the Netherlands
Itinerary: The Netherlands, Med season (France, Italy, Spain) then East coast USA for summer with a winter base in Florida. Light usage in winter. It’s a good yacht with a solid long-term program.
**For this position they can consider male or female candidates of all nationalities!**
Requirements:
-STCW, ENG1, YR or YM a plus but not mandatory. Other yacht related courses are a plus too.
-Must have EU passport or visa and a B1(B2)
-We are after an individual with at least 3 years experience to be considered, ideally on a similar sized Feadship.
-Have strong large tender drive experience and be confident in your abilities.
-Someone professional and knowledgeable, nice and personable, keen to work in this small but solid team onboard. Willing to help out where ever needed. Also in the interior.
-Longevity is highly rewarded and most of the crew have been with the boss for 3 years
-Have a great track record as all references will be checked.
Package on offer is good and includes 38 days leave per year, 1 return flight, study support, discretionary bonus and an industry standard salary based on experience.
