The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Housekeeping who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves Housekeeping. You’ll be confident leading a team of housekeepers, passionate about training and mentoring, and able to set the tone and high standards.
About You
- Proven experience as Head of Housekeeping on busy private & charter yachts
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Strong mentor and trainer, confident managing and developing a large team
- Organised, calm under pressure, and standards-driven
