2nd Stewardess / Head of Housekeeping
60m Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess / Head of Housekeeping to join a well-run 62m private motor yacht with a strong reputation for service and training.
This is a senior dual role with overall responsibility for housekeeping standards, while also supporting service as required. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Stewardess and play a key role in mentoring the interior team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all housekeeping operations and standards
- Inventory management and worklist preparation
- Luggage coordination with travel staff
- Working closely with the Laundry Master
- Supporting service and stepping in for Head of Service when needed
- Leading and supporting a team of interior crew
Candidate Profile:
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable in a traditional, high-standard service environment
- Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
Program:
- Private yacht with occasional trips for friends
- Yard period in Falmouth, UK, followed by a Mediterranean season
- Single season program with winters spent in Falmouth, UK
Package:
- Salary: €4,500 rising to €5,000 after probation
- Leave: 90 days
