The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves Service You’ll be confident leading service, passionate about training and mentoring, and able to set the tone with energy, warmth, and professionalism.
About You
- Proven experience as Head of Service on busy private & charter yachts
- Outgoing, fun, bubbly, and highly guest-focused
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Have a creative flair and be trained in mixology, wine service and have barista skills
- Strong mentor and trainer, confident managing and developing a large team
- Organised, calm under pressure, and service-driven
