Summary
We are seeking a confident and hands-on Bosun with proven experience running the deck on a 44m private motor yacht. Strong in all aspects of exterior management, including maintenance planning, product and tool knowledge, safety procedures, and leading a deck team to a high standard.
Experienced in managing washdowns, teak care, polishing, paint maintenance, and preventative upkeep to ensure the yacht is presented well at all times. Comfortable overseeing deck operations independently and maintaining inventories.
Need to be a confident tender driver, experienced with guest operations, watersports setup, anchoring, mooring and docking.
Professional, proactive, and calm under pressure. Lead by example with a strong work ethic and focus on safety, efficiency, and seamless owner experience.
We are currently in Fort Lauderdale finishing a brief shipyard period. Followed by a trip to the Bahamas and then heading to the Med for the summer season.
