Summary
We are recruiting for a Bosun to join a very busy single season MY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent tender driving and watersports skills, alongside solid navigational watch keeping experience. A strong foundation in deck operations and maintenance is essential, as well as the ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team environment.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute strong energy to the deck team will be highly valued.
Excellent references are essential, and proven longevity in previous roles will be viewed favourably.
