Summary
An experienced and technically strong Captain for Private 30m MY. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, technical understanding, and discreet owner-focused service.
The vessel will operate primarily within the Mediterranean and Adriatic during the core summer season. The position offers potential transition into a long-term appointment following successful seasonal performance.
Start Date: 10-15 March
Primary Season: May – September
Cruising Area: Mediterranean & Adriatic
Pre-season preparation and post-season technical / yard coordination will form part of the role.
Key strengths required include:
- Proven command experience on 28m+ private yachts
- Italian new-build delivery and/or shipyard project exposure
- Strong hands-on engineering and technical oversight capability
- Experience operating modern composite / hybrid / advanced systems yachts
- Strong Mediterranean cruising background (Adriatic advantageous)
- Experience working within owner-direct or family office structures
