Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a newly delivered private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury service, be confident working independently, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
Fluent Russian speaker – essential
Proven experience on private yachts of a similar size (new build experience highly regarded)
Team management
Strong skills in housekeeping, table service, flower arrangement, and guest-facing etiquette
Excellent command of English; French or Italian language skills are a plus
Valid STCW, ENG1, and excellent verifiable references
Impeccable personal presentation and discretion
Package Includes:
salary: € 4500 per month
Full-time live aboard (shared cabin)
