Bosun – 50m Private/Charter Yacht ️
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Bosun to join our busy 50m private/charter program. This is a key leadership role onboard, suited to someone who has genuinely worked their way up through the deck ranks and takes pride in running a highly organised and well-maintained deck department.

- salary TBC, above industry standard.
Requirements:
- Proven Bosun experience on similar or larger yachts (not a first-time Bosun role)
- Ideally progressed through the ranks and understands all aspects of deck operations
- Strong ability to lead by example, guide and support the deckhand onboard
- Large tender driving experience is crucial as we do tow a 42ft Everglades
- Must hold a valid Yachtmaster with prior experience standing navigational watches
- Non Smoker
- Preferred nationalities (Kiwi, Aussie, British, Canadian, American, South African - English first language is essential)
- Ages (20 - 30)
