a 24-meter private motor yacht, is seeking a Deckhand to join the team for the upcoming Mediterranean season.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on deckhand with strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high exterior standards and works well in a small crew environment.
Responsibilities:
- Exterior cleaning and maintenance
- Washdowns, polishing, teak care
- Assisting with docking and mooring
- Tender handling
- Supporting the Captain as required
- Guest assistance during cruising
Requirements:
- STCW & ENG1 (valid)
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Fluent English
