Cruising Area: Mediterranean (Greek Islands & surrounding regions)
Start Date: Ideally beginning of April
We are seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join our 24-meter private motor yacht, for the Mediterranean season.
This is a great opportunity for a team-oriented individual who is proactive, detail-focused, and takes pride in maintaining high standards onboard.
Responsibilities:
- General deck duties and exterior maintenance
- Wash-downs, polishing, and detailing
- Assisting with mooring operations
- Supporting guests during cruising
- Tender handling
- Assisting Captain
Requirements:
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Fluent English
We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and respectful of the vessel and the team dynamic. Professionalism and good energy onboard are essential.
Salary DOE (depending on experience).
