Start date: ASAP
Itinerary: US - Northeast, Caribbean in winter
Licence: Previous sailing experience / racing. No license required
Requirements: **Must hold an US PASSPORT or GREEN CARD**
STCW95 + Refresher and ENG1/or USCG Medical.
Experienced hands-on Deck, willing to learn as well.
Responsibilities: DECK
It is important for our crew to know that we are light use and when not on charter, we work to improve our yacht which means refinishing, sanding, fairing and painting
- experienced and interested in helping us refinishing the exterior, sanding, fairing and painting
- Assist with sailing operations, docking, and yacht maintenance
- Help with guest activities and excursions
- Maintain deck cleanliness and safety
- Be a collaborative, upbeat team member

Job Specifics: Sailing 3 mast schooner. charters and races. up to 36 guest. Runs with 6 - 10 crew as needed.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience - to be discussed doe.
