We are seeking a professional, motivated, and energetic Deckhand to join an 86m MY Private/Charter program, joining in St Kitts immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven deckhand who is committed to building a long-term career in yachting and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This vessel runs a very busy program, and the successful candidate will be hitting the ground running with guests onboard immediately upon joining. We are looking for someone who does not shy away from hard work, maintains high standards under pressure, and integrates seamlessly into a strong team dynamic.
The ideal candidate will bring strong tender driving skills, a positive attitude, and a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism. Salary: €3,200 per month + Charter Tips + Paid Holiday (paid monthly with salary) / Leave: 60 days, increasing to 90 days after 1 year tenure

Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year yachting experience
- Clear commitment to a long-term career in the industry + Proven longevity in previous roles
- Professional, motivated, and intelligent in both appearance and demeanor
Key Skills & Attributes Required:
- Proven large tender driving experience (8m+ twin screw essential)
- Comfortable operating and driving 40ft+ VanDutch tenders
- Strong water sports knowledge and experience
- Positive attitude with an excellent work ethic
- Strong eye for detail and high standards
- Ability to work well within a large team environment
Primary Duties:
- Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of exterior areas
- General maintenance (painting, caulking, minor repairs)
- Operate and manage water sports activities
- Guest interaction and support during charters and owner use
- Bridge, anchor, and port watches, plus lookout duties
Qualifications Required:
- STCW + PDSD (valid 12m+)
- Seafarers Medical Certificate (no restrictions, 6m+)
- YMO
- PWC Instructor
- Valid Schengen Visa (if applicable)
Advantageous Certifications & Skills:
- Fishing experience, a plus
- Additional skills that enhance the charter program (e.g. diving, music, art, specialist water sports)
