Summary
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and energetic 3rd Stewardess to join a busy 45m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season program. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven stewardess who has completed at least one full season and is confident working within a structured interior team on a high-standard charter vessel. The program runs approximately 15 weeks of charter per year with lovely owners and maintains a strong, professional onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will have proven charter experience, solid longevity, and a positive, team-focused attitude. She should be detail-oriented in housekeeping, confident in service, well presented, and able to perform under the fast pace of a charter environment. Additional charter-enhancing skills such as yoga, massage, beauty therapy, or other guest-focused talents are considered a strong plus +.
Start Date: ASAP (latest joining 28th February)
Location: Dual Season – Winter Bahamas/Caribbean | Summer Mediterranean
Salary: $3,500 USD per month + 13th Month Bonus upon completion of 12 months / Leave: 38 days annual leave (additional days granted for crossings)

Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 full season yachting experience
- Charter experience mandatory
- Proven longevity in previous roles

Primary Duties:
- Housekeeping and cabin detailing to high luxury standards
- Service during owner trips and charters
- Laundry and wardrobe management
- Guest interaction and support
- Assisting senior interior team members as required
Qualifications Required:
- STCW (all certificates in date)
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
- B1/B2 Visa mandatory
- Schengen Visa mandatory
- Valid Driver’s License
Advantageous Skills:
- Yoga, massage, beauty therapy, or other charter-enhancing guest skills
- Additional hospitality certifications
