We are seeking a skilled Deck/Steward(ess) to join a 57m motor yacht in Spain, working alongside a crew of 14. In this dual role, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of the vessel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. Your duties will include deck operations, assisting with mooring and anchoring, as well as providing exceptional service to guests, including meal preparation, serving, and housekeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role on yachts or in hospitality is essential, along with relevant certifications.
