Summary
We are seeking a permanent Chief Officer to join a 45m MY based in Mallorca. The yacht is private use only, single season with lovely British owners.
This position involves overseeing deck operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing the maintenance of the vessel and its equipment.
The Chief Officer will work closely with the Captain in navigation, watchkeeping duties, and crew management while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Candidates must hold their OOW minimum, have substantial experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills.
English as a first language or fluent is essential.
