Summary
We are seeking a Bosun for a 50m motor yacht based in Spain, cruising the Med. The ideal candidate will hold a Yachtmaster Offshore certification and possess good management and maintenance skills to lead a team of three deckhands effectively. Key responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, ensuring the upkeep of the vessel, and managing the 13m tender of which you will be the main driver. Candidates ideally should have ECDIS certification or be in the process of obtaining it. This is a permanent position offering 60 days of leave. Solid leadership abilities and good organisation skills are required with a good record of stock and ordering products. Vessel moves a lot, great for seatime.
