Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bosun to join a 50-meter motor yacht based in Spain. The successful candidate will commence work in Palma during an active shipyard period and will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to quickly adapt to a busy environment. Responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and cleanliness aboard. Candidates must hold an RYA PWC Instructor certification, RYA Yacht Master Offshore or equivalent, and possess proven maintenance skills, with the ability to provide evidence of recent projects. Additionally, tender driving experience is required, along with valid STCW and Seafarers Medical certifications. This is a permanent position with an itinerary focused on the Mediterranean.
