Stew/Cook – 30m M/Y

Program: Private with limited charter
We are seeking an experienced Stew/Cook for a 30m foreign-flagged motor yacht operating primarily out of Palm Beach. The program consists of short trips to the Bahamas and approximately 3 months in Sag Harbor during the summer season. This position works alongside a Chief Stew, supporting interior operations while preparing daily meals for crew only. The owner travels with a personal chef during owner trips.

- Jamaican-flagged yacht
- Private program with limited charter use
- Crew accommodations provided shoreside
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy crew meals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed galley
- Assist the Chief Stew with housekeeping, laundry and service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stew/Cook or strong 2nd Stew with crew cooking experience
- Confident cooking balanced, nutritious crew meals
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organized and efficient in a dual-role position
- B1/B2 visa or legal to work in the US
- Must be currently located in the USA
