Position Requirements
- Master 200 GT or higher (insurance requirement)
- Minimum one year of experience as Mate or First Officer on comparable vessels
- Confident watchkeeper with strong deck leadership skills
- Proven tender driving and towing experience
- Comfortable managing toys and watersports operations

- Brings a true First Mate mindset (not a lead deckhand role)
- Highly organized, proactive, and safety-focused
- Previous experience with fishing programs and scuba preferred
- Confident operating tenders, chase boats, e-foils, and SeaBobs
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure, and a reliable team player
Itinerary
- Winter/Spring: Caribbean & Bahamas
- Tournament Support: Bahamas & South Florida
- Summer: New England
- Fall: South Florida (yard period)
