This is a dynamic yacht operating with a galley team of four, delivering three services per day in a high-standard environment.
Position details:
- Vessel: 77m Expedition Yacht
- Contract: Rotational 4:2 months
- Excellent charter tips
- Salary paid 12 months/year
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in luxury and 5-star environments
- Previous experience as Head Chef on similar-sized yachts preferred
- Strong leadership and galley management skills
- Ability to run an efficient, well-organized galley team
- Creative menu planning with high attention to detail
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Valid Ship's Cook Certificate
- Food & Hygiene Level 3
