We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership experience and strong maintenance and product knowledge, to lead a team with 2 deckhands.The yacht has recently undergone a big refit with new owners, and the crew is being built from scratch. Great opportunity to join a new team with a structured program on a single season med-based yacht.
Start: March 15th
Salary: €4,500 EUR (doe)
Location: Western and Eastern Med
Experience and skills desired:
2 years+ experience on yacht 40m+
Experience in a leadership role
Confident tender driver to drive 12m tender
Strong Maintenance skills and product knowledge
Positive and proactive personality
Strong communication skills
Qualifications:
STCW BST
ENG1
Yacht Master Offshore (essential)
VISA: Schengen Visa in hand/ EU Passport
