DECK/STEW POSITION
43m motor yacht currently based in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a motivated and versatile Deck/Stew to join our dynamic crew of 11 for a balanced private and charter season cruising France, Greece, and Turkey this summer and Cyprus for the winter. This dual-role position will be primarily deck-focused off charter and interior-focused during charter, so candidates must be confident with lines, washdowns, and general deck maintenance, as well as skilled in housekeeping, laundry and ironing, guest service, and cocktail preparation. We are looking for someone down-to-earth, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude—no drama, just positive energy and a willingness to step in wherever needed. EU/UK candidates will be given priority. Female due to cabin arrangements. Start date: mid-March.
