Summary
We are seeking an experienced and confident Second Stewardess for a permanent position onboard our 43m private/charter M/Y, currently based in Palma and cruising the Mediterranean for the summer. This is a busy yet well-balanced program with a crew of 10 who are dynamic, drama-free, hardworking, and down to earth. We are looking for someone with solid experience in a similar role who can integrate seamlessly into a positive, team-focused environment.
This role is service-focused during charters and requires someone who naturally delivers and maintains exceptionally high standards at all times. Attention to detail is critical — from service and guest interaction to housekeeping, laundry, table settings, provisioning, inventory management, and assisting with interior training. We are searching for a proactive, polished, and detail-driven stew who takes genuine pride in presenting a flawless interior and consistently delivering a five-star guest experience.
