Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deck/Stew to join a 41m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Following the next Caribbean season, the vessel plans to venture further off the beaten track, offering exciting cruising opportunities.
This is primarily a deck-focused role (approximately 80% deck / 20% interior), with responsibilities including deck maintenance, washdowns, mooring operations, tender driving, watersports setup, and general seamanship duties. The successful candidate will also assist the interior team during guest service, particularly during meal service and busy charter periods.
Strong tender driving skills are essential. Candidates must be confident operating RIBs and chase boats up to 12m, with experience in guest transfers, close-quarters maneuvering, and watersports operations. Must have B1/B2 Visa and be able to work in EU.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit. The right candidate will integrate well into a tight-knit, active crew environment and be eager to contribute across departments when needed. Charter experience is preferred.
Package includes:
